Huawei AppGallery edition (28 August 2026)

For the Huawei edition, the Apple/App Store references in clause 9 apply instead to the Huawei account and AppGallery. Available plans, localized prices and billing periods are displayed from Huawei’s product catalog before purchase. Auto-renewing subscriptions continue until cancelled under the timing and conditions shown by Huawei. Manage or cancel them through Huawei’s subscription management screen. A lifetime plan is a non-consumable purchase associated with the purchasing Huawei account; it does not promise perpetual operation of Huawei’s services. Restore purchases using the same Huawei account on a compatible device. Purchases do not automatically transfer between Apple, Google and Huawei accounts. Refunds and mandatory consumer rights remain subject to the applicable store terms and law; no clause removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

  1. Eligibility. Reset is intended only for users aged 18 or older. By using it, the user confirms that they meet this requirement and can legally accept these terms.
  2. Purpose. Reset provides optional self-management, journaling, timer, reminder and educational features for unwanted habits and addictive behaviours.
  3. No medical service. Reset is not a medical device, clinician, diagnosis, treatment, detoxification service or guarantee of outcome. The user must seek qualified professional advice for medical decisions. Abruptly stopping alcohol or some substances can be dangerous.
  4. No emergency monitoring. Reset does not monitor the user, detect emergencies, contact emergency services or guarantee that a support contact responds. Immediate danger requires local emergency services.
  5. Automated output. Scores, risk hours, correlations, milestones, savings and recovery insights are estimates generated from user-entered data. They can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for an individual and must not be treated as professional advice or a certain causal conclusion.
  6. User responsibility. The user controls the accuracy of entries, device access, backups, exports, support-contact details, permissions and decisions made using the app. The app must not be used unlawfully, to harm another person, or to store another person’s sensitive data without authority.
  7. Privacy. The Privacy Notice forms part of these terms. Sensitive-data consent is requested separately and can be withdrawn by deleting all local data.
  8. Exports and third parties. User-initiated sharing, browser opening and backup destinations are outside Reset’s control. The user should review recipients and protect exported files.
  9. Plus purchases. Plus prices and billing periods are displayed from the App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the Apple account settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Lifetime is a non-consumable purchase associated with the Apple account, subject to App Store availability and Apple’s terms. Restore Purchases can be used on another compatible device signed in to the same Apple account.
  10. Availability. Features may change, fail or be discontinued. Users should not rely on Reset as the only copy of important information or the only safety plan. Local backups should be tested before they are needed.
  11. Intellectual property. Reset’s code, branding and original interface content remain subject to their applicable ownership and licence terms. Users retain rights in content they enter.
  12. Liability boundary. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reset is provided without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, medically suitable or produce a particular result. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
  13. Termination and consent withdrawal. The user may stop using Reset and delete local data at any time. Reset may require renewed acceptance when these terms materially change.
  14. Applicable rights. Mandatory data-protection, health, platform and consumer-protection rules in the user’s jurisdiction remain applicable and prevail over conflicting wording.
  15. Contact. Use ritenza.apps@gmail.com for non-sensitive support. Send only the minimum diagnostic information needed and do not email recovery, health, sexual-life or financial details unless support explicitly requests a safe transfer method.

  4. Acil durum izlemesi yoktur. Reset kullanıcıyı izlemez, acil durum tespit etmez, acil servisle iletişim kurmaz ve destek kişisinin yanıtını garanti etmez. Yakın tehlikede yerel acil servise başvurulmalıdır.
  5. Otomatik çıktılar. Puanlar, risk saatleri, korelasyonlar, kilometre taşları, tasarruf ve iyileşme içgörüleri kullanıcı verisinden üretilen tahminlerdir. Eksik, hatalı veya kişiye uygun olmayabilir; profesyonel tavsiye ya da kesin neden-sonuç olarak kullanılmamalıdır.
  6. Kullanıcı sorumluluğu. Kayıt doğruluğu, cihaz erişimi, yedekler, dışa aktarımlar, destek kişileri, izinler ve uygulamaya dayanarak verilen kararlar kullanıcının kontrolündedir. Uygulama hukuka aykırı amaçla, başkasına zarar vermek için veya yetki olmadan başka bir kişinin hassas verisini saklamak için kullanılamaz.
  7. Gizlilik. Aydınlatma ve Gizlilik Metni bu koşulların parçasıdır. Hassas veri açık rızası ayrı alınır ve tüm yerel veriler silinerek geri çekilebilir.
  8. Dışa aktarma ve üçüncü kişiler. Kullanıcının başlattığı paylaşım, tarayıcı ve yedek hedefleri Reset’in kontrolü dışındadır. Alıcılar kontrol edilmeli ve dışa aktarılan dosyalar korunmalıdır.
  9. Plus satın alımları. Plus fiyatları ve dönemleri App Store’dan alınarak gösterilir. Abonelikler, mevcut dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce Apple hesabı ayarlarından iptal edilmezse otomatik yenilenir. Ömür boyu plan, Apple hesabıyla ilişkilendirilen ve App Store kullanılabilirliği ile Apple koşullarına tabi olan sarf edilmeyen bir satın alımdır.   11. Fikri haklar. Reset kodu, markası ve özgün arayüz içeriği ilgili mülkiyet ve lisans koşullarına tabidir. Kullanıcı girdiği içerik üzerindeki haklarını korur.
  12. Sorumluluk sınırı. Uygulanabilir hukukun izin verdiği azami ölçüde Reset’in kesintisiz, hatasız, tıbben uygun veya belirli sonuç üreten bir hizmet olduğu taahhüt edilmez. Hukuken kaldırılamayan sorumluluklar ve tüketici hakları bu metinle kaldırılamaz.
  13. Sonlandırma ve rızanın geri çekilmesi. Kullanıcı her zaman kullanımı bırakıp yerel verilerini silebilir. Önemli koşul değişikliklerinde yeniden kabul istenebilir.
  14. Uygulanabilir haklar. Kullanıcının bulunduğu yerdeki emredici veri koruma, sağlık, platform ve tüketici kuralları uygulanmaya devam eder ve çelişen ifadelerden üstündür.
