Send only the minimum technical information needed. Do not attach recovery notes, health information, sexual-life information, financial information, recordings or backups unless support explicitly requests a safe transfer method.

Before sending a request

  1. Update Reset to the newest App Store version.
  2. Restart the application and the device.
  3. Describe the screen, action and visible error without sharing sensitive content.
  4. Include the Reset version, iOS version and device model.

Safety boundary

Reset cannot provide medical or emergency assistance. If there is immediate danger, severe withdrawal, overdose, loss of consciousness or risk of self-harm, contact local emergency services and a qualified healthcare professional.
